What is the Withdrawal Feature?

The Withdrawal feature allows you to convert your diamonds on AniLive's app or website into USD and withdraw the funds to your PayPal account.
Note: A PayPal account is required to withdraw AniLive diamonds. If you do not have an account, please create a PayPal account.

Submit a withdrawal request
1. The deadline for withdrawal requests is the 5th of the month (UTC).
2. Once a withdrawal request is submitted, your diamonds will be deducted.
AniLive → Funds are transferred to your PayPal account
1. For transactions requested by the 5th of the month, the funds will be transferred to the linked PayPal account by the end of the month.

Withdrawal Method	A PayPal account is required for withdrawal. By linking your PayPal account to AniLive, you can convert your diamonds into USD and withdraw the funds to your PayPal account.
Payout Currency	The payout will be sent to your PayPal account in USD. After receiving the payout, you can convert it to your local currency through PayPal.
Maximum Withdrawal Frequency	You can submit a withdrawal request only once per month.
Minimum Withdrawal Amount	The minimum withdrawal amount is 50 USD. You cannot submit a withdrawal request if you do not have diamonds equivalent to 50 USD.
Maximum Withdrawal Amount	The maximum withdrawal amount is 10,000 USD (or equivalent).
Fees	Streamers are responsible for covering any fees incurred during PayPal withdrawals.
Other	Streamers under the age of 18 are not allowed to submit withdrawal requests.

You can make a payment request only once per month. Note that dates are calculated in UTC.
- A month is considered to be from the 6th - 5th of the following month. (Ex: November 6th - December 5th)
The rewards are finalized at the time the payment request is submitted.
- We recommend submitting your payment request at the beginning of each month.
The rewards will be paid to your PayPal account by the end of the following month after the request.
- Example 1: As of Nov. 1st, you have 6,000 Diamonds
  - You submit a withdrawal request for 6,000 Diamonds on Nov. 1st
  - The funds will be transferred to your PayPal account by the end of Nov.
- Example 2: As of Oct. 15th, you have 6,000 Diamonds
  - You submit a withdrawal request for 6,000 Diamonds on Oct. 15th
  - The funds will be transferred to your PayPal account by the end of Nov.
