1. Until when can we access and/or go live on AniLive?
   • Streamers can go live only until January 31st, 11:59 PM (PT).
   • Access to the app will disabled by February 1st, 00:00 AM (PT).
2. Can I still make my debut?
   • Debuts can still take place up until January 15th 11:59PM (PT), which means if you plan on debuting past this date, you won’t be able to do so. We strongly recommend that you reach out to the AniLive staff to assist you with your debut.

1. Minimum Guarantee
   • The Minimum Guarantee program will be available until access to the app is disabled. The last month to earn the Minimum Guarantee is in January 2025. Diamond distribution for January’s Minimum Guarantee will happen on February 1st (UTC).
2. How will I receive my payouts?
   • The compensation period for Diamonds is set to 180 days in the Terms of Service. According to the regulations, the required retention period is 180 days from February 1st. After submitting a withdrawal request, payment will be made the following month.

3. What happens to my data?
   • All data will be deleted including model data, with an exception to:
     • Streamer accounts. Information will remain for up to 180 days, or until withdrawal of diamonds is completed.
   • The model data deletion process will begin on Feb. 1st, 2025. If you wish to have your model data removed sooner, please submit a request to staff directly.
4. How can I reach out to the staff for inquiries?
   • The official AniLive Community Discord will remain open until further notice. Please tag the AniLive staff in your individual channels for private inquiries. The Feedback forum will be archived but will remain visible during this time to be used as reference for our future improvements.
